■ O Mon 3: Consulting contract signing of construction survey and FS between SH1PP (Song Hau 1 Oil and Gas Electricity PMU) and the consortium of PECC2 (Power Engineering Consulting JSC 2) and PECC3 (Power Engineering Consulting JSC 3)
■ O Mon 4: International open bidding for EPC package with a duration of 34 months
